New iptAccess card

hi!today i have make new iptAccess card.although its expensive for me but i still make it because it give me alot of benefit while i study at ipta. it is simple,just fill in the form and pay then you will get the card immedietly.but if u want to make one,u must go to the main office at kl because they are here only for 2 days and today is the last days....
